Overview

Hone your cookery skills and learn how to create our signature dish at the Beef Wellington Masterclass at The Parkgate Hotel under the knowledgeable guidance of our Executive Chef, Justin Llewellyn.

Don your apron and learn how to create this incredible showstopper, crafted with the finest seasonal produce, followed by a delicious 3 course lunch in our 2AA Rosette awarded restaurant, The Sorting Room.

Starting at 11.30am, guests will be welcomed with a signature cocktail hosted in The Cwrt Lounge to meet with Justin, before making your way to the atmospheric Telegraph Room for the Beef Wellington Masterclass.

With all the finest ingredients and tools provided, guests will participate alongside Justin’s live preparation demonstration of The Sorting Room’s signature Beef Wellington course, ready for you to takeaway, pop in the oven and serve at home.
