This dynamic yoga workshop hosted by Mountain Yoga, part of Acres, includes wellness techniques such as breathwork and meditation, as well as a nutritious lunch, followed by a rejuvenating experience in The Thermal Suite.

Itinerary:
• Arrive at our studio for 10.30am and enjoy a morning investing in yourself
• Learn the art of breathwork and yoga at our three hour workshop led by our talented teacher, with breaks for health shots and wellness snacks
• Afterwards, head down to The Sorting Room for your nourishing two course lunch
• End your blissful day with a super-relaxing spa experience at The Thermal Suite
Workshop Details:
Yoga Class
Beginning with 60 minutes of Vinyasa Flow, spending time working through a dynamic flow of postures designed to strengthen both body and mind; simultaneously relaxing and de-stressing the entire body.
Breathwork
When we harness the power of breath, we take control over our physical and mental health, dramatically improving our overall wellbeing and performance.This breathwork masterclass dives into the theory and practice behind better breathing for better health. You will learn how to channel the power of breath to increase quality of sleep, improve focus and attention and enhance physical performance for day to day life.
