Being so close to The Principality Stadium, we are expecting several road closures throughout the Autumn Nations period, as world-class teams take to the green. In preparation for your arrival to our hotel, please look through all the major road closures and associated dates below.
As the main road directly outside The Parkgate Hotel, Westgate Street acts as a central link to The Principality Stadium. Due to the heavy foot traffic expected on match days, the street will be closed:

Saturday 15th November – Wales Vs Japan
Kick-Off: 5:40 PM

Besides Westgate Street itself, you can expect the following roads to also be closed to driver during all match days listed above:
The Parkgate Hotel is located in the centre of Cardiff city, therefore we are unable to offer on-site parking or valet parking services. This also means we are unable to provide a drop-off or pick-up station, and guests cannot unload or load their bags in front of the hotel, therefore please park before arriving at the hotel.
Thanks to its convenient location, there are a range of public transport options, as well as public car parks, within walking distance of the hotel.
