Check-In & Check-Out

Guests wishing to drop off their luggage before their room is ready may do so with the Guest Service Desk. We cannot however store guests’ luggage beyond their day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

The hotel’s standard cancellation policy requires that any cancellation or amendment to a flexible reservation must be received 7 days before the day of arrival in order to avoid a penalty charge. In the event the hotel is notified any later than this, a charge equivalent to the rate for the first night of the stay will be due. In the event of non-arrival the full rate, or first nights’ accommodation will be charged. Reservations made on an advance purchase rate are non-refundable and non-transferable.
