Elevate your Easter experience by joining us for Sunday lunch at our 2 AA Rosette awarded and Michelin Guide listed restaurant, The Sorting Room.
Take your pick from starters such as Monmouthshire reared chorizo scotch egg with a Brecon vodka bloody mary hot sauce or Welsh leek and potato soup with a port wine reduction.
Then move onto irresistible main courses including roasted Welsh sirloin of beef, turkey with sage and onion stuffing, Welsh lamb with redcurrant jus served with all the trimmings. Alternatively opt for the grilled salmon fillet or Tuscan potato and herb gnocchi.
Finish off your Easter Sunday feast with dessert with choices such as Baileys and white chocolate cheesecake, apple crumble with crème anglaise or caramelised lemon tart with sorbet.
Reservations available between 12.30pm – 3.45pm.
