Overview

At The Parkgate Hotel we believe in fairy tales and love. So, if love is the food of the soul, then this Valentine’s menu is our love letter to you.

Experience exceptional flavour with a special selection of starters, including sumptuous grilled octopus with Trealy Farm smoked paprika chorizo and satisfying woodland ham hock and pea terrine with a quail scotch egg.

Once you have shared sweet words over wine and your appetite has peaked, you are ready to enjoy our signature beef wellington lovingly made with 21-day aged Welsh reared beef fillet, or opt for the tantalising roasted fillet of sea bass served with saffron fondant potato and a seafood boil sauce.

To finish off the evening with something sweet take your pick from irresistable choices such as Baileys and white chocolate cheesecake served with raspberry gel and chantilly cream, or textures of chocolate with a melt in the middle hot chocolate sauce.
