Our stay was the best we have experienced so far this season, the hotel is beautiful, the setup for professional athletes is perfect and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Please pass on my thanks to Rhian and her team, they were excellent and made the trip thoroughly enjoyable. I will be passing this feedback on to the other Team Managers in the league and suggesting they stay with you when playing Cardiff. Next time we are back in Wales we will be sure to book with you again.

We recently held an event with The Parkgate Hotel and were really pleased with how the event ran. On the night everything ran really smoothly and the event staff helped keep us on time as we had a tight schedule to stick to. We had lots of good feedback from our attendees about how lovely the venue was, as well as compliments about the quality of food and drinks served.

Bethan and the team did an amazing job on the day, especially when we had thrown them some last minute changes to deal with. The customer service from The Parkgate is of an exceptionally high standard and really delivers 5 star service. The Postmaster Suite is an excellent location for a party and our staff and guests were wowed with the décor of the room and the hotel itself.

From initial interactions through to our awards night, the team at The Parkgate were extremely attentive, making the whole process effortless. The hotel interior was luxurious and the food was delicious. The Postmaster Suite is the perfect space for a large group event.
