Also immerse yourself in a rejuvenating 90-minute Thermal Suite experience and soak in the breathtaking skyline views, then relish in a delicious afternoon tea at The Cwrt Lounge. From perfect pastries to savoury delights, we have a wide selection of delicacies for you to enjoy after your relaxation session.

Your spa day includes:

Choose one of the following 50-minute spa treatments:

  • The Parkgate Massage – A personalised massage using classic Swedish techniques to relax and de-stress whilst addressing your individual needs. Parkgate massage is a light to medium pressure massage.
  • The Parkgate Facial – This personalised facial will gently but firmly take on the challenges of sensitivity, oiliness and dullness for a healthier complexion. A facial tailored to your skin condition

 

Package also includes:

  • 90 minute Thermal Suite Experience
  • Robe, towel and slippers for your use
  • Take some time in the relaxation area after your treatment
  • Delicious Afternoon Tea in the Cwrt Lounge

The Thermal Suite Experience

Take a soothing dip in our stunning hydrotherapy infinity pool with its bubbling spa bath, heated volcanic zones and massaging water showers, all whilst soaking in the breathtaking city skyline views. Take some time to enjoy the restorative heat of our sauna and steam room, then unwind in our calming relaxation zone, filled with signature aromas and peaceful sounds to relax your mind as you rest your body on intensely soothing heated beds.

Nothing says elegance quite like an indulgent rendezvous for afternoon tea, served with a heady blend of bygone glamour, grace and occasion here in the grand surroundings of Cardiff’s old Post Office, opened in 1897 to mark Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee.
